Block Moulds UK Ltd manufactures concrete block moulds for the construction industry. Standard WooCommerce filtering could not handle their buyers’ technical specification search requirements — filtering by mould type, dimensions, material specification, and application type. We built a custom product search plugin that does exactly this, returning precisely the right products for each buyer’s specification. An AI chatbot trained on product data handles specification enquiries outside office hours, generating qualified leads around the clock without manual intervention.
TP Invoice Generator
A complete invoicing system operating within WordPress admin. Creates, manages, and sends professional invoices without leaving WordPress — handling client records, line items, VAT calculation, PDF generation, email delivery to clients, and payment status tracking. Built for Elliot’s Tyre Services to replace a manual paper and Excel billing process, dramatically reducing weekly administrative time and eliminating the risk of lost or misfiled invoices.
Whamos Training Learner Management System
A full React-based learner management system built for Whamos Training and Development CiC — the South Cumbria Skills Exchange. 19 normalised database tables, four React dashboards (admin, tutor, learner, guardian), grant eligibility assessment engine, commercial funding and invoicing module, DocuSeal integration for digital agreement signing, and automated notifications triggered by learner milestones. Replaced a heavily manual administrative process across multiple spreadsheets and paper forms. The automation saves multiple hours of administration per learner.
TP Event Management System
A comprehensive event management platform built for Lakeland Life. Full React frontend with four admin dashboards — events, suppliers, scheduling, and reporting — a PHP REST API with 19 normalised database tables. Handles event creation, multiple ticket types, booking management, supplier assignments, and complex scheduling. A complete events administration system operating entirely within WordPress.
