West Lakes Stays — Direct Holiday Booking
West Lakes Stays operates Bank House Apartments in the Western Lake District. Their new direct booking website, built on our Holiday Home Booking plugin, allows guests to check availability, book, and pay online without going through Airbnb or Booking.com. The system includes staggered payment schedules, a guest management portal, iCal synchronisation with OTA listings, and a comprehensive property management dashboard. Direct bookings mean more profit per reservation — and the website paid for itself in saved commission within months of launch.
Block Moulds UK Ltd — Industrial Ecommerce
Block Moulds UK Ltd manufactures concrete block moulds and bespoke steel fabrications for the construction industry. Their website needed a product search tool sophisticated enough for buyers specifying technical products — something standard WooCommerce filtering could not deliver. We built a custom product search plugin that allows buyers to filter by mould type, dimensions, and specification, returning precisely the right products for their requirements. An AI chatbot handles specification enquiries outside working hours.
